drilling and blasting applications. Able to drill vertical or inclined holes with diameter from
64 mm to 115 mm..
The machines are equipped with air conditioned cabin, fold boom and Rod handling system
Main characteristics :
- Full view air-conditioned cab meeting FOPS & ROPS protection requirements providing
noise reduction and shock resistance.
- High frequency hydraulic drifter with slender impact piston and anti-jamming system,
provides high penetration rate and longer service life of drilling tools.
- Advanced Feed System consisting of robust feed beam, hydraulic braking motors &
chains, auto tensioning hose reel and fast / slow feed & lifting.
- Rod Handling System with rotating hydraulic cylinder, drill rod thread lubricator, and rod
chuck constitute a simple and efficient RHS system.
- High strength Folding boom design, with enlarged hydraulic cylinder ensures large
effective drilling coverage area.
- Tramming Mechanism. The combination of heavy duty track chassis and oscillation
cylinders make the rigs extremely maneuverable. It provides mobility and stability, allowing
the rig to navigate challenging work environment.
- Control System. Advanced control system allowing precise adjustments of drilling
parameters (impact energy, rotation speed, and feed pressure). PLC for auto protection and
maintenance reminder. The electro hydraulic operating system make adjustment and
operation extremely convenient. Its intelligent controller and CAN communication
simplifies the electrical circuits, and the real-time monitoring of input and output for easy
maintenance and troubleshooting. A full range of automatic protection and maintenance
reminder functions make the rig last longer. Automatic electronically controlled lubrication
results to longer service life of drilling tools.
